Originally part of the canceled Core Forum, the presentations are geared toward library workers in leadership and management positions. Core members and non-members are welcome to attend.
The Core Forum Webinar Series on Leadership & Management highlights a variety of topics including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), strategies for addressing certain staff issues, peer mentoring and mid-career development, and how to establish a culture of sustainable assessment.
