Access to ALA Editions | ALA Neal-Schuman textbooks during the COVID-19 pandemic

CHICAGO — Used in a variety of courses, ALA Editions | ALA Neal-Schuman’s textbooks are available in e-book format for libraries and individuals through aggregators and other distributors. To help maintain academic continuity during the pandemic, we are making our textbooks easier to access through the following promotions. Institutions interested in these offers should contact their vendor representative directly.

  • ProQuest: Single use copies will be automatically upgraded to unlimited access so all students can view the text at the same time. This offer is valid through June 30, 2020. Also, customers who have purchased the print edition of an ALA Editions | ALA Neal-Schuman title may purchase the e-book version for 50% off through December 31, 2020.
  • EBSCO: e-book customers can receive a free temporary upgrade of any perpetual title to the Unlimited User access model, and can also purchase Unlimited User titles at the One User price through June 30, 2020.
  • Baker & Taylor e-book and Follett School e-book customers can receive a 50% discount on ALA Editions | ALA Neal-Schuman e-books through June 30, 2020.
